Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:

Job Description & Responsibilities



As a member of Walmart’s International Voice team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality support and insights in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction & Communication

    • Manage incoming calls/emails from global clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction ratings.

  2. Operational Reporting & Analysis

    • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational metrics.

    • Build and track Agent Scorecards to monitor performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Provide timely and accurate business insights through dashboards and visualizations.

  3. Data Management

    • Create and maintain a comprehensive Agent Database across all phases (Hiring, Training, Production).

    • Manage and track payroll-related inputs, training completions, and LOB movements.

    • Maintain and monitor Attrition Dashboards and agent lifecycle records.

  4. Business Intelligence Support

    • Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and report on relevant data.

    • Prepare executive-level summaries and actionable insights to assist decision-makers.

    • Recommend solutions to improve operational reporting and performance tracking.

  5. Collaboration & Efficiency

    • Work with cross-functional teams to standardize MIS processes.

    • Ensure accurate documentation and streamlined data workflows to maintain reporting consistency.

    • Proactively contribute to process optimization efforts and system improvements.
