Role Overview: Full Stack Software Developer
As a Software Consultant – Full Stack Developer, you will design and build end-to-end software solutions, navigating the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). From creating responsive user interfaces to architecting efficient back-end frameworks, your contributions will drive impactful digital solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
Experience:- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills Required
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in JAVA, Advanced JAVA, and Spring Boot Framework.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and IIS Servers.
- Knowledge of Java/Kotlin and front-end frameworks like ReactJS.
- Expertise in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for responsive UI development.
- Familiarity with Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience with Scala or Soy templates is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Proficient in end-to-end feature development with exposure to the full SDLC.
- Knowledge of DevOps automation tools like Jenkins and Unix shell scripting.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Developer at Genpact, you will:
Back-End Development:
- Build and maintain efficient and scalable frameworks using Spring Boot and Spring Data.
- Develop robust microservices to enhance application functionality.

Front-End Development:
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using Angular 8+ and other modern frameworks.

Code Quality and Testing:

- Conduct thorough testing using JUnit and Cucumber to ensure bug-free applications.
- Actively participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality.
DevOps Integration:
- Automate development pipelines using Jenkins.
- Implement shell scripting for continuous deployment and efficient task management.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative problem-solving initiatives.
