 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality work on every task, in line with EY Global review standards and client expectations.
- Understand the industry or sector, and be aware of relevant technical issues and risks.
- Execute and document specific review procedures as directed by engagement teams.
- Build knowledge of risk management, including significant business processes and client-specific risks.
- Identify and document accounting issues, and discuss them with GDS seniors or Assistant Managers.
- Collaborate with global team members to set goals and responsibilities.
- Develop strong relationships with the global engagement team through regular interaction.
- Propose improvements in review procedures by comparing client work.
- Foster a positive team environment with a consistent, optimistic approach.
- Uphold EY's ethical and professional standards, especially around data confidentiality.
- Learn and share knowledge about EY’s tools and technology to enhance service delivery.

 **Qualifications & Skills:**

- **B.Com graduates** with a basic understanding of accounting and assurance concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral).
- Analytical, logical, and robust reasoning abilities.
