Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Location: Pune
Experience: 0 – 1 year
Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop products/components based on technical specifications and project scope.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings using 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (NX) design tools.
• Interpret and work with mechanical and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop custom engineering solutions, performing calculations and creating equipment layouts to validate designs.
• Communicate and explain design solutions to relevant teams and provide support in addressing technical queries.
• Support ongoing projects by handling additional tasks as directed by the manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical Engineering graduates (B.Tech/B.E.) with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in mechanical concepts and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with cranes and material handling equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Competency in using 2D and 3D CAD tools such as AutoCAD and NX.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• A positive attitude with a desire to learn and tackle challenges head-on.
