Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a quick, seamless onboarding and account-opening process, exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete client risk profiles, process updates, and handle account openings or maintenance requests efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal banking teams and partners, maintaining constant communication to ensure smooth processes.
• Verify and review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Partner with KYC, Account Opening, and other product teams to ensure swift and effective processing.
• Continuously analyze onboarding processes and recommend innovative improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Engage with technology teams to help design, build, and test new or updated applications.
• Proactively manage risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years in a relevant role (Operations, Compliance, or related fields).
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• A demonstrated passion for improving processes and driving efficiency in client services.
• Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent.
