Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Advertising: Create and post compelling job descriptions on internal and external platforms that reflect Flex’s commitment to innovation and inclusion.
• Candidate Sourcing & Interviewing: Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and use skill-based techniques to identify top talent.
• Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights into talent pools, salary trends, and other key recruitment data to hiring managers.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Develop strategies that drive diverse talent acquisition and support affirmative action efforts.
• Candidate Experience: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and a robust talent pipeline.
• Compliance & Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and external regulations while collaborating with cross-functional HR teams.
